Welcome to DresMate! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DresMate mobile application and services ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Intended Purpose

The DresMate App is designed for personal, fashion-related use, enabling users to receive AI-generated feedback on their outfits and manage a virtual wardrobe. Commercial use is not permitted without explicit authorization, except for DresMate’s own monetization model.

1.2 User Capabilities

Users may:

• Upload or capture outfit photos using their device's camera.
• Submit outfits for AI-based fashion analysis.
• Receive personalized feedback including compatibility scores, style suggestions, and seasonal/event appropriateness.
• View historical outfit analyses and improvements over time.
• Like or upvote top-rated reviews by other users.
• Manage their wardrobe by uploading and categorizing clothing items.
• Participate in gamified activities such as style competitions.
• Use 3 free tokens initially to access AI reviews before making any purchase.

1.3 User Restrictions

Users must not:

• Upload any content that is offensive, unlawful, inappropriate, or violates third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks, privacy).
• Engage in reverse engineering or attempts to access the App’s internal systems.
• Use the App to harass or impersonate others.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or App infrastructure.

2. User Accounts and Access

2.1 Registration

Users must register using valid Apple or Google accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2.2 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious activity, without prior notice.

3. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

3.1 User Content

You retain full ownership of the outfit images you upload. However, by submitting content, you grant DresMate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the images for:

• AI training and improvement
• Statistical and feature enhancements
• In-app display and analysis features (unless marked private by the user)

3.2 App Content

All intellectual property within the App—including algorithms, branding, text, UI/UX design, and underlying code—belongs to DresMate and may not be used or copied without prior written consent.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Privacy Policy

User data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. This includes how we collect, use, and store data.

4.2 Data Sharing

We only share personal data with third parties:

• With your explicit consent, or
• When required by law.

4.3 Security Measures

We employ industry-standard security technologies and organizational measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.

5. Tokens, Payments, and Refunds

5.1 Tokens and Monetization

DresMate uses a token-based system. Each AI outfit review consumes a token:

• Users receive 3 free tokens upon registration.
• Additional tokens can be purchased via in-app purchases.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Users must ensure their account is authorized for purchases.

5.3 Refund Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated by law. Refunds for unused tokens will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated feedback is based on trained models and is informational in nature. It should not be considered professional or guaranteed style advice.

6.2 App Usage Risks

We are not liable for:

• Any material, reputational, or psychological damages resulting from AI feedback.
• Loss of data or analysis due to technical issues, service downtime, or user error.
• Inaccurate fashion suggestions due to low-quality or unclear image uploads.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.

8. Future Features

We aim to continuously enhance your fashion experience. Planned features include:

• AR-based virtual try-on for testing outfits.
• Integration with e-commerce stores for personalized fashion shopping.
• Style contests and gamified challenges to increase engagement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts within Azerbaijan.
